About TenStep

TenStep specializes in project management methodology development, consulting and training. TenStep began operating in 2000 with the online publication of our basic project management methodology.

We now have TenStep products and services supported in over 15 languages and with over 30 offices worldwide and have been licensed by more than 5,000 companies and individuals. TenStep also offers customized consulting services and a full curriculum of training courses.

We are proud to be a Global Registered Education Provider (REP) for the Project Management Institute (PMI), which presented founder Tom Mochal with PMI’s 2005 Distinguished Contribution Award.

Ray is an experienced project manager, consultant and instructor. His expertise and experience extends over 30 years in project management, PMO, software development, portfolio management and people management.

Ray is PMP® certified and honored with the 1998 Outstanding Contribution Award from PMI, Southern Ontario Chapter as a contributor to the development of SOC PMP Review Sessions. Ray is also a part-time instructor at Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.
